Who We Are
Established in 2019, On Ice is a family owned and operated business. We currently operate other resturants in the area and decided that Norfolk had a need for ice cream and shaved ice in the Wards Corner area. We didn't just want to bring another ice cream shop to the neighborhood, but wanted to bring a fresh home made product as well as an experience that everyone can enjoy. With our unique style of making ice cream it can be a show and learning experience enjoyed by all. Come by and visit us today!
